Tomato leaf comes from the tomato plant (Solanum lycopersicum), a species native to South America, particularly the Andean regions of Peru and Ecuador. Cultivated for centuries, it spread throughout the world after its introduction to Europe in the 16th century.

In perfumery, the tomato leaf note is distinguished by its fresh, green, herbaceous, and subtly tangy character. It evokes the scent of freshly crushed tomato leaves, rich in naturally aromatic compounds. As this fragrance is not extracted directly from the plant, it is typically recreated using synthetic aroma molecules. It is highly valued in modern perfumery for adding a vibrant green, natural, and subtly chypre-like character to fragrance compositions.

The Fragrances are pure, undiluted concentrated oily extracts, without vegetable oil or any added alcohol.

COLOR: transparent, light pinkish orange

 

USE:manufacture of perfume, cosmetics, soaps, incense.

 

DILUTION-CONCENTRATION:soluble in oil, glycerin and alcohol, not soluble in water. All our Fragrances are 100% pure and miscible with each other.

 

COMPOSITION:the chemical composition of the product complies with European regulations.  Contains DPG Di-Propylene Glycol (oxybispropanol-C6H14O3) in its formulation.

 

CAUTION:flammable, irritating to the skin in pure use. May stain fabric, paper, wood.
