Widely used in perfumery, Patchouli Fragrance is renowned for its powerful, woody, dry, and deep scent, enriched with dark, smoky facets that lend an unmistakable oriental character to fragrance compositions.

Used as a base note, patchouli is equally at home in masculine and feminine fragrances, providing outstanding longevity, structure, depth, and intensity.

Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) is a tropical plant cultivated primarily in Indonesia and the Philippines.

A member of the Lamiaceae family, it is widely used in both perfumery and cosmetics.

Fresh patchouli leaves are virtually odorless. Its distinctive fragrance develops only after the leaves undergo drying and fermentation, processes that promote the formation of aromatic compounds, particularly patchoulol, which is largely responsible for its characteristic scent.

The essential oil is then obtained by steam distillation of the dried leaves, producing a precious fragrance material renowned for its rich, woody, earthy, and deeply sensual character.
The Fragrances are pure, undiluted concentrated oily extracts, without vegetable oil or any added alcohol.

ASPECT:fluid, oily.

COLOR: transparent, dark red brown

USE:manufacture of perfume, cosmetics, soaps, incense.

DILUTION-CONCENTRATION:soluble in oil, glycerin and alcohol, not soluble in water. All our Fragrances are 100% pure and miscible with each other.

COMPOSITION:the chemical composition of the product complies with European regulations. Contains DPG Di-Propylene Glycol (oxybispropanol-C6H14O3) in its formulation.

CAUTION:flammable, irritating to the skin in pure use. May stain fabric, paper, wood.

SECURITY:contains no Phthalate (DEHP) - Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) - Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) - Diisononyl phthalate (DINP) - Diisidecyl phthalate (DIDP) - Di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP) .
